• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. bdbjj is not liable for bets placed in error by the player, including incorrect stake amounts or market selections.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bdbjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bdbjj reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account holder is ineligible to use the Platform; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal purposes; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require such action; or (e) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, bdbjj, or third parties.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdbjj may forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including any pending withdrawals, bonus funds, and associated winnings. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
